Acceptable Philippine government-issued documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Passport, SSS/GSIS Card, and Voter's ID. Documents must be current, clear, and fully legible.
3.4 aaaph may request Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) documentation for accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns, high-value activity, or any circumstances that trigger AMLA reporting obligations. Refusal to comply with EDD requests will result in account restriction.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, one-time codes, and any linked e-wallet access credentials. aaaph will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel.
4.2 You must notify aaaph immediately via the official support channels if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, your credentials have been compromised, or any fraudulent transactions have occurred.
4.3 aaaph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. For VIP-tier accounts (Gold and above), 2FA is mandatory and will be enforced upon tier upgrade.
4.4 aaaph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, provided that aaaph has not been negligent in its own security obligations.
5.1 aaaph accepts deposits via the following Philippine-supported payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20 network). Accepted payment methods are subject to change and the current accepted list will always be displayed on the platform.
5.2 All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or anonymous payment instruments are prohibited. aaaph may withhold funds and request documentation where the ownership of a payment source cannot be verified.
5.3 Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimum deposit is ₱100 for e-wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph) and ₱500 for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank).
5.4 All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. For cryptocurrency deposits, the PHP equivalent at the time of crediting will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate displayed on the platform.
5.5 aaaph does not charge deposit processing fees, however your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees. These are outside aaaph's control.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC identity verification. aaaph will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not provided satisfactory documentation.
6.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the aaaph account. Cross-account or third-party withdrawals are prohibited.

6.5 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Any balance below this threshold must reach the minimum before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
6.6 Deposits that have not been wagered at least once ("turnover") may be subject to a processing fee of 5% to cover payment processing costs. Fully wagered balances are not subject to this fee.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on aaaph and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any aaaph content; reverse engineer any portion of the platform software; or use any aaaph branding or materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aaaph's total aggregate liability to any player for claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the actual amount deposited by the player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 aaaph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even if aaaph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 aaaph does not represent or warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
13.1 aaaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — where:
13.2 Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, aaaph reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits.
13.3 Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance will be returned to the player's last confirmed payment method within 10 Philippine banking days.
14.1 aaaph may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, aaaph will provide not less than 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the platform and, where practicable, by email to registered accounts.
14.2 If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must notify aaaph before the effective date of the amendment and close your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the use of aaaph's services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact aaaph's customer support team to seek an informal resolution before initiating any formal legal proceeding. aaaph will acknowledge all formal dispute notifications within 5 Philippine business days and will endeavour to resolve disputes within 30 days.
15.3 Any dispute not resolved through informal means shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, the dispute resolution mechanisms established under the PAGCOR licensing framework.
15.4 Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under Philippine consumer protection law.
